Changing your password every 60 days is important to protect your account and sensitive data. Our password requirements include: a minimum length of 12 characters, comprising at least three of the following four elements—lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Additionally, your new password cannot be one of the last three passwords you've used.
How to change your password:
1. Open a Web Browser
2. Go to Office.com
3. Click the settings gear at the top right.
4. Click "Change your password"
5. Enter your old password, then a new password - Twice
6. Click Submit
7. IMPORTANT Step after password is successfully changed.
**(If you are remote from Office, Join VPN using new password)
Then you MUST press ctrl-alt-Delete on your computer and choose "Lock" Computer. (You will not lose any work or close any programs.)
Then log back in with your new password.
8. All done!
